Electronic payments and statements
You have 2 options for receiving electronic payments – ePayment Center or Zelis Payments – and may select what works best for your practice.
ePayment Center
ePayment Center is free and allows you to:
- Improve cash flow with faster primary payments
- Speed up secondary filing/patient collections
- Access your payments remittance remotely and securely 24/7
- Streamline reconciliation with automated payment posting capabilities
- Download remittances in various formats (835, CSV, PDF)
- Payment remittances stored securely online for 7 years
Enroll in ePayment Center
Registering for electronic payments through ePayment Center is fast and simple.
- Visit uhcdental.epayment.center/registration and obtain a registration code
- After your registration is reviewed and confirmed, you’ll receive an email from help@epayment.center with a registration link
- Click the link, complete your registration, and set up your account
After your registration is complete:
- Sign in to uhcdental.epayment.center
- Enter your bank account information
- Select remittance data delivery options
- Review and accept ACH agreement and click “Submit”
Your bank account will undergo a pre-notification process to validate the account prior to beginning electronic transfer delivery after completing the registration process. This may take up to 6 business days to complete.
